At Moonpointe: A Focus Center for Eating Disorders, we begin planning your post-treatment as soon as a patient enters our program. We believe this is a critical element in treatment and each patient will leave our program with a detailed relapse prevention plan and a treatment team in place. The hard work often begins after a patient leaves our program and we are prepared to help each individual in any way we can during that transition. [Top]
